Yes. Verto.ee is protected by SSL encryption technology and the Safe Shopping Guarantee.

We are unable to make any changes or cancel an order once the order is placed.  The best practice is to review the order prior to submitting.  Make sure the shipping address and the order details are correct.  Feel free to contact us on info@verto.ee and we will see if there are any options available to assist you.  If the order has already been shipped, we request that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, , American Express, Gogle pay and PayPal.

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder in case you didn't receive an email! Alternatively, please contact us on info@verto.ee

We are unable to make changes to your billing address. If you have entered a wrong billing address at the time of placing an order, please email the correct address to us on info@ verto.ee

You can enter the coupone code on the checkout page while placing the order.  Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. You may place a different order for the additional items.

The price is in EUR.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns/exchanges will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn and with all tags intact.

Please email us at info@verto.ee for submitting a return request. Our support team will respond to you with the RMA reference number and instructions on how and where to ship your return to. Please do not ship the product to the address on the packing slip. Doing so will delay your refund or exchange.

We are sorry to hear that.  Please email us at support@verto.ee & attach pictures of the defect so that we can process an exchange at no cost to you.

Our Returns Center can take up to 14 business days from the time we receive the jacket(s) to process the return/exchange and issue a refund. If it has been more than 14 days, please email us on info@ verto.ee with the tracking number.

Orders placed in the clearance sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping and delivery

As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated. We ask that you keep monitoring the tracking once you have received the tracking link. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

We are not offering free shipping.
